Its was just ok . Food is 80% pork and not really great prepared. Rooms was nice but not clean and housekeeping not really care to clean daily. Pool is very cold so better go beach there water warmer.

Do not book this hotel my wife granddaughter and myself booked in here for two days we thought £176 was cheap for a 5 star hotel then we found out why first impressions very dull hotel reception staff friendly pool bar staff also friendly when we went to lunch the food was absolutely disgusting tasteless not much to choose from the room was dirty urine stains on mattresses and also in the mattress topper room dirty left this hotel after two hours THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL

Absolutely amazing hotel loved it .rooms where big enough Double bed than the sofa pulled into a bed Breakfast loads to choose from lunch loads also snack bar was great all you wanted Ice creams Pool bar opened from 11/10 at night Main bar opened from 7/11 in the evening The last night we got a invite in the door for dinner on the 9th floor absolutely delicious really enjoyed it I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone Will definitely book again Staff also very friendly Nothing was a problem Thank you kind regards Ingrid Dublin Ireland

Terrible experience. Never comming back. If you buy a holiday apartment here at the hotel, you get treated so badly. U cant use any of the hotel area, even though you could use it all once. The hotel manager/director doesnt give a thing about the guest…

Stayed here for a week, found it a bit of a let down, the 2 slides are only on at certain times, hardly any staff speak English, Food is cold every night and not a great choice, and everyday during our stay approximately 50 kids turned up for some kind of summer camp about 3 times a day and filled half the pool which spoilt it for the kids who have paid to stay here. Kids entertainment is good & is in good location, 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main street with all bars, shops and a fair.

At the beginning of June our family had a great week at the hotel Planeta. The food in the restaurant was delicious, fresh and all tastes. Lots of meat and seafood dishes and lots of fresh fruits , vegetables and sweets.Also traditional Bulgarian dishes. The room was comfortable and clean, stuff friendly and helpful. Good location . We really enjoyed our time there ! P.S. Greetings to the guys at the pool bar !!!

Really great hotel with lots of available activities! The placed looked really clean and I particularly liked getting to know the staff and hear about their life experiences. People are so fascinating and amazing - I cannot wait to go traveling again.

We visited the hotel with friends last September and we had a great time! The rooms are large and the beds really comfortable. The food was also amazing, the beach is practically a throw away from the hotel, so we could enjoy both the sea and the pool.
